The Washington County Board of REALTORS® is a trade association that provides REALTORS® with resources they need to conduct ethical and successful businesses. We work in harmony with both the Utah Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®.
WCBR advocates home ownership and the protection of private property rights. We support the voice of homeowners in crucial issues such as zoning, tax, transportation, environmental, and growth initiatives.
We believe in the continuing education of real estate professionals, even beyond the Continuing Education courses required for licensees by the State of Utah. The annual Graduate REALTOR® Institute Program is offered for agents seeking a higher level of professionalism. We are committed to keeping REALTORS® up-to-date with best practices in our industry. Additionally, REALTORS® are committed to a higher standard of ethical behavior than even that required by real estate law.
REALTOR® members give their time and talents to give back to their communities through charitable events such as golf tournaments, the Habitat for Humanity Home, blood drives, and more.
Our association owns and operates the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) database that provides buyers and sellers with invaluable access to thousands of real estate listings. Area researchers and the media use MLS statistics to report on current housing trends.
WCBR’s ultimate purpose is to enable members to be successful and ethical stewards in their chosen professions.
