Emily Merkley came to us from the Cache Valley Association of REALTORS® where she held the position of CEO for the past 11 years. Emily also brings with her the prior experience of being a Utah licensed real estate professional which has proved incredibly valuable when understanding the day-to-day needs and concerns of REALTOR® Members. Emily has served in various capacities with both the Utah Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS® including chairman of the UAR Executive Officers Committee Chair and continued member of the NAR Member Policy & Board Jurisdiction committee. She distinguished herself by earning the REALTOR® Certified Executive Designation (RCE) in 2019 and is also a Utah Certified Real Estate Continuing Education Instructor. Emily is excited about her relocation to Southern Utah, as she enjoys being outdoors, whether it be road or mountain biking, hiking and even skiing (as long as the white stuff stays in the mountains).

Linda coordinates technical support and training for Supra lock boxes and keys.  In Addition to performing receptionist duties, she schedules the Board training rooms for meetings or education, and provides administrative support to the Education and Programs and Socials Committees.

Judy joined the WCBR staff as MLS Administrator in 2004.  She specializes in all aspects of the Multiple Listing Services, including training, technical support and overall system maintenance.  Her responsibilities also include administrative support to the MLS and Technology Committees.  She is also assigned to the Community Relations Committee which features the Annual Charity Golf Tournament and other charitable events.

Mandy’s responsibilities include coordinating and mapping the five area weekly tours for the Board.  Each Tuesday she facilitates the Board Tour which includes both a virtual and in person business meeting and caravan tour of homes. Mandy is also the Boards IDX Specialist and assists members with obtaining IDX feeds for personal websites. She provides administrative support for the Tour, Affiliate, and Public Relations Committees.

Angie is responsible for all aspects of membership, including enrollment, invoicing and ongoing record maintenance. She also provides administrative support to the Washington County Board of REALTORS© Board of Directors and Governmental Affairs Committee.
